FULL SILICONE:
With the way full silicone dolls are made there will be an injection hole and there will be minor mould lines on the sides of the body and limbs.  This is completely normal when making these types of dolls and by no means is a quality issue.
 
Theo's mouth is open so he can take a real dummy or bottle of water.  These babies can be bathed but it is not advised to often or the paint will start to fade over time.

You must take particular care when dressing silicone babies as they are very delicate and their limbs should not be pulled upon and neck always supported.
