Little Tootsies Santa Plan – Terms & Conditions

 

We know Christmas can be a busy (and sometimes stressful!) time, and we’ve created the Little Tootsies Santa Plan to make things a little easier by spreading the cost of your order. While we aim to be flexible, we do need to stick to some important terms to ensure everything runs smoothly.

 

1. Payment Schedule

A deposit is required when you place your order on our website.

The remaining balance is split into three instalments, due as follows:

30th September 2025

31st October 2025

30th November 2025

Invoices will be issued before each due date and must be paid by the end of the month listed above.

All payments must be completed by 1st December 2025 to guarantee dispatch before Christmas.

If payments are not received by 1st December 2025, your doll may be re-sold or reallocated. We will contact you first if the balance is not cleared.

You are welcome to pay your instalments early or pay the full balance in one go – just contact us to update your invoice.

 

2. Order Confirmation & Customisation

All orders are confirmed after the deposit is received.

Any additional customisations or dolls not listed on our website must be agreed with Little Tootsies before purchasing a payment plan.

Further customisations will be agreed separately between Little Tootsies and the customer.

 

3. How to Pay

Payments can be made via:

Invoice link (sent directly by us)

Bank transfer

PayPal

Invoices will be sent by email and text message. Please provide both your email address and mobile number at the time of paying your deposit.

We will always confirm once a payment is received.

 

4. Guaranteed Dispatch

Orders fully paid by 1st December 2025 will be dispatched within the first two weeks of December 2025 from the UK. Dispatch is guaranteed, but delivery times may vary depending on the courier.

If payments are late or incomplete, dispatch cannot be guaranteed, though we will always do our best.

 

5. Missed or Late Payments

If you miss a payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

If the balance is not cleared by 1st December 2025, your Little Tootsie may be re-sold or reallocated.

 

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Cooling-Off Period

All payments, including the deposit and any instalments made, are non-refundable.

Little Tootsies dolls are custom-made and personalised, so under UK law the 14-day cooling-off period normally allowed for distance sales does not apply.

If you cancel your plan, any payments made will be lost, and your order will not be dispatched.

 

7. Credit Information

This is not a credit agreement.

We do not carry out credit checks or report to credit agencies.

This Plan will not affect your credit score.

We do not use third-party finance providers (like Klarna or ClearPay) – all payments are handled directly with us.

 

8. Privacy

We collect email addresses and mobile numbers for invoicing, order updates, and any Little Tootsie news or updates.

Your data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. We will not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes unless you consent.

 

9. A Little Reminder

We’ve set up this Plan to help you spread the cost and secure your Little Tootsie for Christmas. While we aim to be flexible and supportive, we do need to stick to these Terms so we can get every order made, packed, and ready in time for Santa’s sleigh.
