All babies require 1-3 weeks processing time so we can get baby just right for you.  Other babies are available quicker just contact us to find out which.

Standard UK shipping is included; 1-2 working days fully tracked with our preferred provider being Royal Mail.  We also offer Special Delivery (Next Day guaranteed) services also for an additional cost of £7.50 to be selected at checkout.  Processing time will still be required for Special Delivery.

Please include any special dates / birthdays that you are planning to receive the reborn for.  We will do our best to try and dispatch on time.  Once you have made you order we will email you an estimated dispatch date and update you when your reborn has been passed to the courier.

Returns are accepted for non personalised items and must be returned within 14 days of items delivery.  You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
