FULL SILICONE:
With the way full silicone dolls are made there will be an injection hole and there will be minor mould lines on the sides of the body and limbs.  This is completely normal when making these types of dolls and by no means is a quality issue.
 
Olivia's mouth is open so she can take a real dummy or empty bottle.  These babies can be bathed but it is not advised or the paint will start to fade.

You must take particular care when dressing silicone babies as they are very delicate and their limbs should not be pulled upon.
