With the way full silicone dolls are made there will be an injection hole and there will be minor mould lines on the sides of the body and limbs.  This is completely normal when making these types of dolls and by no means is a quality issue.
 
This babies mouth is a little bit OPEN to hold a small dummy or small bottle and they can be bathed.

You must take particular care when dressing silicone babies as they are very delicate and their limbs should not be pulled upon.
